Returns & Exchanges

At Every Other Thursday, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
